The Inner Judge

The inner judge has the function to keep our conditioning in place so that we remain an adjusted member of society. Because of this it is one of the strongest opponents on our inner journey home.
As soon as we move towards

freedom the inner judge will do whatever it can to bring us down again.
This is also called self rejection which is the main cause of all pain.

One of the most important steps toward true freedom and individuality is to learn to defend against these attacks by developing focused attention, presence and skillful means.
In these groups you will understand how the inner judge functions, see where it comes from and learn different ways to defend yourself, practicing presence
and self-inquiry.

Presence will reconnect us to our being and essence while inquiry will bring us the direct experience of the moment.

The work will be in two parts. Each part can be booked individually but it is advised to follow the groups in the order that they are presented in.

The Freedom to be yourself

How can you support yourself and stay with your own direct experience in spite of what the judge tells you?

As infants we were still connected to the whole and felt the universe holding and supporting us. We understood on a cellular level that life is good, benevolent and intrinsically supportive of who we are. We also knew that we did not need to make a whole lot of effort to make life work. We were deeply connected to the flow itself.
In time we lost this direct knowing and now we reconnect to that quality in us again so we know deeply that what the inner judge is telling us is not the truth. We gain the capacity to stay with our direct experience no matter what it is. We remember to say yes to whatever is here. Like this the inner judge will loose its grip on us and we can live without pressure, shame, anxiety and fear.
(We will particularly meet issues we have with our father or father figures in our life)


Courage and Strength

How can you allow yourself to be once again a fully alive, happy and sexual being?

Courage and Strength are inborn qualities of our being. Strength is a juicy energy and fire in us that flowed freely in the early moments of our lives. Painful experiences made us disconnect from it.
When it is present we have the courage to separate from the past and stand fully in our own direct experience. We dare to leave our dependencies behind and be who we are.
The inner judge has the purpose of keeping us small and to keep the status quo, preventing us from leaving our conditioning behind.

Inquiry, Curiosity, and the love for truth are our tools on this journey, while meditation runs through it like a red thread.

Presence, a doorway into NOW

Presence is a doorway into Now, into being real, into simply being who you are, moment to moment.
When we are fully present in our bodies we are immediately in contact with the here and the now.
When we are here / now we get a sense of being real, of being connected, of being home.
No matter what the actual experience of the moment is.
And this is where the unfolding of our being happens in a natural way.

Inquiry, love for truth and curiosity are our tools on this journey. Of course meditation runs like a red thread through the whole weekend.

Basic Trust
7

Basic trust refers to an essential quality of our being that we are born with. It allows us to feel connected to the whole and know on a cellular
level that existence is good.
Without this trust it is hard to live our lives in a
relaxed way. We will always be preoccupied with securing our survival. And live with the frustration that nothing from the outside can ever give it to us.
Whether millionaire or pauper, without essential trust, relaxation cannot happen. And transformation will be difficult and painful.

Fundamental trust is part of our nature. We lost contact with it through a lack of holding environment in our early lives.
As a result of that as adults we experience ourselves consciously or unconsciously as orphans of the universe.
We fill this sense of lack with all kind of efforts
By working moving through these layers with love and full acceptance, in time our cellular trust is revealed again and we remember that we are part of the whole and can finally relax and follow the flow of our destiny.

Who am I? is the most existential question we can ask ourselves.
The answer we can only experience directly.
 
This is a 5 day intensive journey of meditation and inquiry into our true nature. It is a sublime process designed to give us a direct experience of who we truly are.
During these days you will be in silence and all your basic needs will be taken care of so that you can dedicate your full attention and energy to your quest.
The process is designed in such a way that you can peel of layer after layer of the false, of the mask , until you see your original face.
It will reveal beliefs and idea’s that limit your direct sense of the lightness, the freedom and the beauty of your being.
We will work with different existential questions such as :Who am I? What is love? What is freedom?

Into the Heart of Love

The heart is the middle point. It is the bridge between the inner and the outer.
On the one hand it connects us to the depth of our soul and the divine realm and on the other it allows us to connect and contact the world around us.
Through the heart we can have to most intimate and sensitive connection to our soul as well as to other souls, other beings and the world.
It is also the most sensitive and delicate part of us as a human being.
From early age on , for most of us, this delicacy was not mirrored or recognized. Instead the harshness of our environment made us create layers and layers of protection around the heart in an attempt to preserve our sensitivity, which have hardened over time.
In this way we have lost touch with a very intrinsic part of our nature which is love.
By recognizing our delicacy and sensitivity we will gently penetrate and melt these layers and reconnect and recognize that love is the stuff we are made off.
Then we can live our lives in an open and receptive way and share our sensitivity and love with others.

This is a journey into the deeper layers of the heart and a way to reconnect to ourselves and to love in a profound way.

2Enneagram Workshop
together with Prasadam Tiesler

(These workshops will be lead by Prasadam Tiesler and Rani together and part 1 sometimes by Rani alone.)

The Enneagram is an ancient map of our potential as human beings.
It shows us our real inborn qualities.
There are many different ways of reading the enneagram, one of them is to show us our character fixation ( also called personality structure).

This ancient map is a very precious roadmap for the modern seeker.
The nine points of the Enneagram point to the nine basic fixations.
We could call the fixations also our prisons. The narrow confines and idea’s of who we take ourselves to be.
Through becoming aware more precisely of our ego structure we have a chance to really wake up and see who we truly are.

In the last decade the  Enneagram has become very popular and unfortunately it is often used to find a new label for ourselves.
A new kind of spiritual fixation.

Our attempt in these workshops is not to give you a new label but to offer you deep insight and understanding of how our very own personal prison is functioning, so that we can lift a veil of our eyes and see again and wake up to our true nature.

Part 1:
In this 3 day workshop you will find out which type you are so that you will be able to understand yourself and your spiritual path in a much more profound way.
We are so identified with ourselves, we believe in our masks and limitations.
Connecting to the energy of the enneagram  will bring a whole new depth to how you experience yourself, while the recognition of your fixation brings the right understanding go meet yourself at yet a deeper level. Part of this group is also to see how each type has a specific inner judge with a very specific mission.

Part 2:
A three day in depth exploration of the beliefs and feelings that belong to each fixation, their defense mechanisms and our attachment to our image.

Our ego has no idea of its true nature it believes that it itself is the fixation.
To become conscious of these beliefs is not so easy. We have very strong defense mechanisms to prevent this and we are also very attached to our image.
We worked so hard to create this image and don’t want to let it go so easily.
Often it is all we think we have.
(E.g. we are attached to our image of being a professional, parent or a lover..)
To really get to know all these aspects and create the possibility for transformation, it needs time and understanding, which is exactly what these three days are about.
In the process we will learn to embrace all our tricks, manipulations and look way beyond them in our own original face.

Prasadam:

All enlightment masters tell us, that we are blind. The enneagramm shows us where we are blind .
To see our blindness is the gift of this work. There are nine types of fixations.
In this workshop you will find out which type you are so that you will be able to understand yourself much more.
We are so identified with ourselves, we believe in our masks and limitations.
It is time to wake up. Come and see your true potential so you can be who you are.

Rani:
The Enneagramm has been and continues to be of incredible support in my own journey. Once I discovered that there were millions of my type, a huge burden fell of my shoulders. My trips turned out to be universal and not even personal! Now I finally had the courage to look and see.
Over time  jewels upon jewels have been revealed. Always leading me deeper into my own soul and  essential qualities.
In this workshop I would like to highlight how each fixation has its own particular type of inner judge and how seeing and understanding this brings deep liberation from its painful attacks.

Prasadam is a sannyasins since 1979 sannyasin.
Until 2000 he lived in Poona India where he discovered Zen Theater and was leading workshops for many years  and finally become Theater Director.
In 1999 he started to study the Diamond Logos teachings with Faisal Muqaddam.
In 2001 he started with Enneagram groups in Europe and Taiwan. In 2004 he began ( as teacher in training) to lead Diamond Logos retreats in India, Taiwan and Europe.
Now he is having his own Essence School in the Czech Republic. Helen Palmer, one of the most known Enneagram teachers said about Prasadam: “He is one of the few Enneagram teachers, who can bring essence together with the Enneagram”

This group is for people who want to deepen the work of self discovery and transformation.
Previous emotional and or primal work is recommended.

The essential journey home

It is an essential part of the journey to come to terms with our past.
In our childhood we have been conditioned to be someone that was acceptable to our parents and the society at large. This conditioning still run and binds us and influences our relationships, our bodies, our career, creativity and all other domains of our lives. It cuts our wings and hinders our flight to present freedom.
Mostly we have no idea who we truly are , we only sense a deep pain within, a loneliness and a deep hunger to be free.

Our conditioning is like a false layer over our true nature.
This process addresses this false layer and uses awareness, inquiry and expression to penetrate and dissolve it so that we can finally be in touch with our essence again and live a life of grace and freedom.

It is a very profound 10 days journey of exploration, discovery and healing. Its aim is to reconnect with our true nature and our essential qualities of strength, support, courage and love.
You will be in silence and isolation for the entire process so that you can dedicate all your attention and energy to the quest of finding yourself back.


The process is in three parts:

Part 1: Presence
Grounding in presence, awareness and adulthood. Finding resources, bringing understanding and tools to navigate this delicate journey into the past.

Part 2: The Past
Journeying back into the childhood to heal old wounds and free the energy that got blocked.

Part 3: The Now
Enjoying the freedom and becoming aware of the habitual mechanisms that throw us back into the old habit of conditioning. Bringing tools to sustain the newly gained freedom.

Grounding in the Here and Now

Meditation camp

The world around us is moving faster and faster and is becoming more noisy and agressive by the day.
The hunger for peace and stillness is no longer a luxury but a need.
And while the outside does not bring much solace anymore, meditation gives us a chance to go inside and find that peace within ourselves.
Through different techniques we can learn to come in touch with a deeper sense of self.
Meditation also allows us to become centered and grounded in the here and so that we can stand tall, strong and open in our lives.

We will have active as well as silent meditations, and there will be space for sharing, personal guidance and support.

Walking the path of Feldweg
inner transformation


When we start with our search, we mostly have great enthusiasm and stamina to find inner peace and happiness and even our true self.
We want to go home and we want to go there fast!
We have no idea that inner transformation requires something like an ongoing dedication and work.
When it turns out to take time, we start to look for short cuts and transcendence.
We want to leave our troubles behind.
If we are lucky we remain unsatisfied with answers.

Once we come to accept that it takes a lot more, to truly transform ourselves
into a conscious, free and unconditioned human being our search takes
on a new dimension, we start to truly walk our own inner path home.
This is a path that is very personal and yet has several universal components.
This requires that we “undo” our programming, let it unwind and disappear
out of our cells. Clearly no small feat, as many teachers before us already said.

This weekend is to create support for ourselves on this life long journey
and find the courage, strength, understanding, discipline and
commitment needed.
Once we realize that it is the deepest wish of our soul to realize itself and
to come home, a deep love and inner strength emerges out of the depth of our being. With this wind in our sails and this fire in our hearts the journey
becomes lighter and much more efficient.

How to bring your spirituality into your daily life?
Easter is a symbol for rebirth and resurrection so it is a great time to retreat and to renew and to come back to what is essential so that our whole system gets revitalized and re energized..
In these days presence, meditation and inquiry are central to our quest.
The practice of presence in the body is one of the most direct ways to assist our being to manifest here and now. It helps us to unfold into deeper and deeper layers of reality and of our true nature.
It is not about achieving particular states but rather an unfolding, a letting go. Trusting our system to take us home.
While mediation brings the peace and rest , inquiry helps us to see and deal with the obstacles and presence provides the ground.
A wonderful time to retreat back from the daily business and to practice

Introduction to the diamondlogos teachings.

The DiamondLogos teachings are a path of self-realization and transformation, combining eastern philosophy and western psychology.
It takes us through the labyrinth of our ego identification.
Gently and with utmost precision it guides us to what we are made of and what determines our nature: our essence, our Being.
In spite of the influence of our conditioning, our essence never left us. It cannot be influenced or changed by anything as it is intrinsic to our being.
The golden thread of the DiamondLogos teachings is to try to understand the ego in its quest to replace this “lost “ essence and to take it by the hand and bring it home.

The work consists of direct transmissions, body based sensory work and guided meditations as well as direct inquiry into personal life issues.

Through objective presence and curiosity, a space opens inside and
we will discover how we can receive clear answers and insights.
In the introduction day we will share the basic building blocks of this teaching through different seminars, inquiries and exercises.

In a sequence of five workshops we will deeply explore the following five essences:
The white essence  This brings us trust and grounding. We experience ourselves in a solid way and feel supported from within. We feel capable to live our lives in a relaxed way.
The red essence which brings strength and aliveness. We feel ready to meet  the challenges of life. We take our place and have the courage to take risks.
The black essence brings us deep inner peace.
Our thoughts quieten down and our mind becomes still. We feel in alignment with ourselves in a deep and intimate way.
The green essence brings healing for the deep aches and pains of our soul.
Our heart is filled with compassion and loving kindness. We feel gentle and refreshed and we can meet both the world and ourselves with an open heart.
The yellow essence brings us joy and a lightness of being. Liberated from our burdens we are happy and in a festive mood. Our worries and problems melt as snow before the sun and life is fun.
